Project Description
This project helps identify logistics pricing patterns from either a single supplier or multiple suppliers. Solution analysts, purchasing managers, supply chain managers, or transportation procurement specialists can use this tool to gain a comprehensive view of price fluctuations across various distance intervals. This insight supports more effective negotiation strategies and facilitates the development of better pricing structures. The tool was developed during the completion of my Capstone Project for the Master of Science in Supply Chain & Logistics Management at SIMI SWISS. It has been successfully applied in the logistics sourcing operations at AB InBev Vietnam Co., Ltd.
